In 2007, we bought a beautiful 35 acre parcel in Polk County, North Carolina, located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
For the past seven years, we have been developing a vineyard with seven and a half acres of wine grapes, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chambourcin, Petit Manseng and Muscat.
